Most of the time, I can problem solve over the phone. If that's the case, then all I ask is that you make a donation to my cause if you can. If I can't fix your tech challenge over the phone, we arrange a time for me to come pick up your device (in your driveway) and I try to fix it either there on the spot, or I take it home and bring it back when it's repaired. This service is $75/hour.
I clean all devices with sanitizing wipes when I work on your equipment. I wear gloves and a mask during the process to ensure no spread of the COVID 19 virus during repair.
