Sometimes, I can problem solve over the phone. If that's the case, there's no charge as long as the call is under 15 minutes. If I can't fix your tech challenge over the phone, we arrange a time for me to come to your location and I will diagnose and try to fix it either there on the spot, or I take it home and bring it back when it's repaired. This service is $85/hour.
